Cormano - Saturday 13 January the artistic season of the Click Art cultural center in via Dall'Occo 1 resumes, starting at 5.30 pm, the collective entitled: "THOUGHT - GESTURE - ABSTRACTION" will be inaugurated.

The season will kick off with the 2nd edition of the collective exhibition “Thought - Gesture - Abstraction” a simple title, but which immediately makes the intentions clear. To date, many artists have joined, including Maestro Raffaele Turati

The exhibited works will examine photography, painting and sculpture

It is therefore an expressive challenge, that of giving strength and balance to works that lead to each elaboration with their own technique, thought, gesture, and abstraction. I'm curious to see what the results can be and what the public response will be. There are many emotions, each artist will bring their own specific emotions into the field, each with their own way of expressing themselves and trying their hand at their works. Different emotions, which at least for once, can coexist together smoothly and dichotomies.

The exhibition entitled "ART IN -ART OUT", was born from a project by Luigi Profeta and the Psicoavanguardia movement and the ARTEMISIA laboratory, directed by the manager Nadia Nespoli. The project consists of five meetings with the inmates, where in collaboration with the artists, they created works on a specific theme. Bruno Cavestro, and Roberto, have elaborated their work on the theme: "Forms and ideology", Claudio Dal Pozzo and Antonino, have dealt with the work on the "Perfume of life", Angela Ippolito and Giambattista, have elaborated the theme "Riverberi, the feel of the human ", Enzo Malazzi and Simone, on the other hand, tackled the theme:" My little personal revolution ", and finally Luigi Profeta and Nicola, thought about the theme:" Injustice ". All the couples work with very different materials and with different techniques, from china, to acrylic, to paper, to wood, to pigments. The work consists of three works each, for a total of six canvases for each couple. The larger canvases were made together with the prisoners, where only they have put their hand, while the smaller canvases are the result of a four-handed work, where the artist intervenes on the prisoner's work and vice versa. The inmates were able to masterfully interpret their works, thanks also to the manager of the Artemisia artistic laboratory, Nadia Nespoli, who has been working with them for five years now, and who was able to transmit to them not only the technique, the ability to deal with the works proposed to them. . All the works exhibited deserve to be known and appreciated. The works will be on sale, and the proceeds will go entirely to the inmates, so that they can continue to work with colors, canvases and brushes.

This project is the result of people, artists, and collaborators, who have carried out and carry out, every day, this work as volunteers, without perceiving anything and that only thanks to the passion and love for art and for life, is it possible to face, with the hope of giving those who are in prison a little serenity and hope. These people deserve to be encouraged, and we can do this on Saturday 27 January at 4.00 pm at the opening of the “ART IN –ART OUT” exhibition.

Camelia Rostom's solo exhibition opens on Saturday 10 February 2018. The title of the exhibition, in itself, tells us what we should expect from the Camelia exhibition. Colors, as the only theme of this exhibition, take us back to childhood, when we looked at the world, uncontaminated by all judgments and thoughts. We all have a favorite color, so much so that the question is very frequent: What is your favorite color? Mine is red. Camelia, Lebanese artist, workhorse of the contemporary art gallery Click Art, once again managed to amaze us with her paintings. Once they are glimpses of landscapes, another, animals, now they are projections of the unconscious, where everything is color, where the imagination and chromaticity of his works, lead us to play in the labyrinths of the mind, and to return for a few moments as children, making us rediscover lost feelings and play with shapes and colors, challenging us to find in each work a different world, conceived, imagined, created by her. Camelia Rostom, deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone, and we can do this on Saturday 10 February at 5.30 pm, at the Click Art contemporary art gallery in via Dall 'Occo 1 in the historic center of Cormano, between courts and courtyards of 1600

Saturday 24 February 2018 at 5.30 pm the Click Art Cultural Artistic Center inaugurates the collective "Moving the feeling of the soul", in the historic center of Cormano, in via Dall'Occo 1, among courtyards, courtyards and buildings of the 1600s.

Free admission

All the works selected for this exhibition have a common denominator, namely: “The feeling of the soul”, interpreted in a different way by each artist. What the artist feels while he paints, what he communicates, and what those who look at the works feel. For too long, the "artist's job" has been considered as a game, as a pastime, but whoever is an artist really knows what it means to be at night, thinking about the work to come, knows what sacrifices he will have to face, he knows the path he has made and the one he will still have to do, all this happens every day and every artist knows how to face a game that puts everything into play, even the soul.

On display works by:

Camelia Rostom, Claudio Dal Pozzo, Angela Ippolito, Luigi Profeta, Giovanna Mancuso, Raffaele Turati, Magdalena Florica, Enzo Malazzi, Luigi Franco, Ivan Sghirinzetti, Michele Sliepcevic, Nadia Nespoli, Franca Ottino

Free admission

Saturday 10 March 2018, at 5.30 pm, the personal exhibition of Natascia Baron will be inaugurated, at the Click Art gallery located in Cormano (MI) in via Dall'Occo 1. Natascia Baron, already winner of the 2nd edition of the “Color and Matter” competition, will exhibit over 20 unpublished works. The evocative figurative narrative of the artist Natascia Baron requires a contemplative vision that knows how to interpret its visual message in the meditation of existence celebrated in the magnificence of female faces and figures to be admired in their classic and enigmatic beauty. In fact, its humoral root is linked to the reality of things, highlighting in the intense portraits of women her splendid painting pervaded by an intense emotional charge in the tonal unity, in which the fluid brushstrokes follow forms of classical and lyrical beauty in the softness of tones and refined chromatic contrasts, which determine a sense of charm in the enchantment of the images. The technical-expressive bases of his works of art show a painting linked to expressionist art in the symbolism of color that runs through an abstract setting, through "action painting", revealing psychic improvisations, while the gestural action coincides with the new creativity, among the chromatic virtuosity in the precious synthesis of expressive values, which progress towards a dreamlike representation, distorting the perceptive connotation of the real in the poetics of the imaginary. Thus, characters from the memory and enigmatic faces follow one another that show a mysterious charm, causing disturbance and amazement as if the glances reveal the sensation of an arcane to be discovered. This is why, the authentic pictorial art of Natascia Baron in its symbolic-expressionist dimension reveals complex psychological and sentimental implications, which reflect the desire to unmask the conventionality of today's society, contemplating that unknown and invisible world of the woman universe among the echoes interior. The execution of the faces is always accurate in a realism that becomes almost photographic of the face, assuming however symbolic meanings, while imaginary forms follow each other in the memory that emerges, among the visions pervaded by a white light towards a fantastic, but I would say spiritual dimension. It is therefore a skilled technique-expressive in the conjugation, between the real and the abstraction of the real, between tradition and avant-garde, where the harmonious figures excel in the coloristic alchemy and in the vitality of bright tones, revealing the eternal idea of beauty and the imponderability of a gaze as a mirror reflection of the soul. Here then, the chiaroscuro game emerges in an abstract imaginary space that becomes the ideal logos of emotions in the abandonment to the dream and to the unconscious in the appearance of memory paintings, in a construction and deconstruction of images that land in a surreal setting. In this way, he reveals an undisputed authority in the field of portraiture which in historical continuity highlights an art that belongs to today's futuristic culture always oriented towards new and original expressive forms. The enigmatic glances and the harmonious figures, therefore, turn directly to the viewer, causing a sense of dismay among almost unreal atmospheres, in which the figurative narrative takes on a symbolic meaning that extends into the existential dimension of the author, between dream and reality. in an expression of memory and intellect. Here lies the merit of Natascia Baron: the encounter between the visible and evocative world, determines images that dissolve in traces of experience, while the pathos flows in the chromatism and intense emotionality of color, thus opening a new path to creative imagination for an original idea of art.

Collective exhibition - Identity in comparison

Inauguration of the collective exhibition "Identity in comparison"

Hours: 17.30

Free admission

Saturday 31 March 2018 at 5.30 pm the Click Art Cultural Artistic Center inaugurates the collection "IDENTITY IN COMPARISON", in the historic center of Cormano, in via Dall'Occo 1, among courtyards, courtyards and buildings from the 1600s.

Free admission

Saturday 31 March 2018, at 5.30 pm in the historic center of Cormano, in the province of Milan, at the contemporary art gallery Click Art, between courtyards and courtyards of the 1600s, the personal exhibition of three contemporary artists will be inaugurated: Paolo Facchinetti , Enzo Malazzi, Luigi Profeta

They have a long career of experimentation and technical and formal research in common.

On display is a selection of works able to offer the viewer a complete overview of the stylistic evolution of the three artists.

The exhibition itinerary allows you to evaluate the affinities that unite their works, both from the technical point of view and from the point of view of the content, but, at the same time, it allows you to appreciate the elements that distinguish the style of each.

From the analysis of the works emerges the mature compositional skills of Paolo Facchinetti, the emotional impact of the material surfaces of Luigi Profeta and the different expressive techniques used by Enzo Malazzi.

Paolo Facchinetti was born in 1953 in Nembro, where he now lives and works.

He began his artistic training at the Carrara Academy of Fine Arts in Bergamo by attending drawing and nude courses under the guidance of Prof. Mino Marra.

Maestro Cesare Benaglia also had a strong importance in Paolo's growth, in fact he frequented his studio and the Valbrembo 77 Artistic Group from 1985 to 1989.

From the beginning his art has been characterized by a strong dualism. Abstract art and chromatic-formal research coexist with portraiture and the ability to capture the essence of the subject.

The physical-gestural movement of the moment in which the color is deposited on the canvas is always recognizable and is often a fundamental part of the work.

Enzo Malazzi was born in 1951 in Milan, where he now lives and works.

After studying industrial electronics and having done several masters in automation and robotics, Enzo Malazzi began his career in the field of industrial automation.

He attended the Higher Art Institute of the Sforzesco Castle. Surprising student of the masters Timoncini, Reggiani and Grigioni, he obtained his art diploma in the mid-1980s.

Pencil, ink and Indian ink, together with careful observation, are his first working tools. Work that, in a completely spontaneous way, lead him to perform abstract compositions in order to satisfy an interior search, which cannot be represented in a figurative way. However, it is hyperrealism that leaves indelible traces in the heart of the Milanese artist.

Luigi Profeta was born in 1969 in Milan, today he lives and works in Cormano (MI)

In 1999 he began his self-taught artistic experience with the push of Maestro Alfonso Madaluni. From the very beginning, he reveals constructive wisdom in the combinations, giving life to tensions between order and chaos, between instinct and reason, where even words and numbers become the symbolic traces of a laborious and introspective path, which is revealed in the explicitly narrative testimony of his titles .

Personal exhibition of Simona Corbetta "Reflected worlds"

Inauguration of a personal exhibition of Simona Corbetta

Reflected Worlds

Hours: 17.30

Free admission

Saturday 14 April 2018 at 5.30 pm the Click Art Cultural Artistic Center inaugurates the personal exhibition of Simona Corbetta "reflected worlds", in the historic center of Cormano, in via Dall'Occo 1, among courtyards, courtyards and buildings of the 1600s.

Free admission

On Saturday 14 April 2018, Simona Corbetta's solo exhibition "Mondi Riflessi" opens at the Click Art contemporary art gallery, between courtyards and buildings from the 1600s, in the historic center of Cormano (MI) Winner of the 5th International competition of painting "Color and Matter", with the work "Rainbow", also at the Click Art gallery, Simona Corbetta wants to amaze us again, and this time she does it with her wonderful sculptures. This young artist is good, capable and thoughtful, and deserves to be known by everyone, and we can do this on Saturday 14 April at 5.30 pm at the opening of the exhibition.

Simona Corbetta's artistic career was born, first of all, from her desire to discover.

Discover what's behind a surface, inside a situation and inside the human soul.

The love for plexiglass as a support material comes from the passion for transparency, for that possibility of looking beyond and always discovering the truths hidden behind something.

But transparency is not enough ... it prevents you from going beyond the surface, here comes the desire to dig, to break, to dissolve and to modify the "work plan".

Thus the FIRE takes over. indispensable element to deform and puncture the surface, creating an opening to go beyond the limit given by the material.

Fire, a fascinating, warm, powerful, seductive and at the same time terrifying, painful and destructive element.

Fire, as well as passion and pain, is full of energy to be tamed in order to exploit without harming itself, its works and others.

The fire that burns and blackens but frees, in contrast with the transparency that shows but creates an insurmountable limit.

Materials "stolen" from everyday life, fit in and collide with these two elements.

Stones, metal nets, color, glass… create the story that Simona Corbetta wants to tell and play with the sensations she tries to express.

In this exhibition "WORLDS REFLECTED" another element forcefully enters the game, the MIRROR, capable of reflecting the image of the spectator who looks at the work and who finds himself catapulted into his world and protagonist of the story he is narrating.

The mirror that forces us to look at ourselves, that shows the superficial part of us and that, through its drippings, its holes and its burns, leads us (in some cases) to look at the back of the sculpture, where it is represented the innermost part of Simona Corbetta, actually with her works, suggests us to discover the innermost part of ourselves.
